Developing your care plan

- Mornings: Clients wake up at 6:30 a.m. and have breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Mornings include group therapy and recovery-track-specific sessions.
- Daytime programming: After a 12:00 p.m. lunch, clients participate in continued groups and wellness activities.
- Evenings: Clients eat dinner at 5:30 p.m., then continue group therapy programming or attend evening meetings. Afterwards, they can enjoy downtime to rest or participate in recreational activities.
- Weekends: On Saturdays and Sundays, clients go to fewer group sessions, so there is more time to relax, and visitation hours are offered for loved ones.
