Trauma-informed outpatient substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment for adults. An intensive outpatient program (IOP) and regular outpatient sessions are offered. Care plans include individual and group therapy, along with family therapy sessions when desired. Evidence-based approaches are blended with 12-step facilitation, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT) can be prescribed when needed to help ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Once clients finish treatment, they have access to an alumni program to stay connected to peers and community recovery resources. Flexible outpatient programs

Outpatient care can be a good fit for clients who need to balance treatment with responsibilities such as work, school, or taking care of family. When enrolled in the IOP, clients attend sessions several times per week while living at home or in sober housing. Regular outpatient sessions are held less frequently and offer maximum flexibility. In both levels of care, clients meet with doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists to address various clinical needs.

Substance use and mental health support

The center treats substance use and co-occurring mental health simultaneously, recognizing that the relationship between the two is often tightly intertwined. Clients can receive psychiatric assistance with conditions including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, or ADHD. Counseling for trauma, including PTSD, is also available.

Evidence-based therapies

Therapists guide clients through proven therapeutic approaches during individual and group sessions. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).

Step-down options

Some clients begin their recovery in outpatient programs, while others may step down from residential treatment or partial hospitalization (PHP). Those who finish IOP can step down to regular outpatient sessions at the same location for seamless continuity of care. Those who find they need higher levels of care can be connected to other facilities within the parent company, Recovery Village’s, network.
