Flexible outpatient substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment for adults. With morning and evening groups available, programs are designed for those who need structured care while living at home or in recovery housing and attending to personal and professional responsibilities. Clients are fully involved in the development and evolution of their treatment plans and participate in one-on-one counseling every week. Programs include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and standard outpatient, all of which include therapy, relapse prevention, life skills training, and medication management.

What to expect
Developing your care plan
- Client involvement: Treatment plans are fully client-led, allowing full agency in setting goals and priorities.
- Assessment and adjustment: Plans are reviewed every 60–90 days, or sooner if major changes occur. Goals can also be adjusted during weekly individual sessions.
Who you will meet with
- Individual therapist: Clients meet weekly with a primary licensed counselor.
- Case manager: Provides assistance with logistics like housing, employment, and social services.
- Peer recovery support: Mentors with lived experience help clients navigate treatment.
- Nurse practitioner: Available weekly for medication and symptom management.
Typical schedule
- Daily structure: Group therapy is a core part of the program, along with individual therapy, relapse prevention, and life skills education. Evidence-based therapies include CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed EMDR.
- PHP: Held five days a week, with sessions lasting about six hours a day.
- IOP: Held four days a week, with sessions lasting about three hours a day. Morning and evening scheduling is available.
- Regular outpatient: One to three sessions per week, including individual and group counseling.
