Personalized treatment planning
Each client is assigned an individual therapist who works with them one-on-one to create a personalized care plan. Clients will meet with this therapist throughout treatment to review progress and adjust goals as their needs change. A multidisciplinary team also supports clients, including therapists, a psychiatrist, nurses, and behavioral health technicians. Types of treatment include individual therapy, process groups, family therapy, medication management, and nursing education.
Structured outpatient care
The facility offers both PHP and IOP. Partial hospitalization programming follows a five-day-a-week, 20-day program with treatment taking place Monday through Friday. Clients who need less intensive support can transition into IOP, which consists of three sessions a week, or 24 sessions, over about eight weeks. Telehealth IOP is also available and conducted by a licensed therapist with long-term, lived recovery experience.
Integrated addiction and mental health care
Care is for adults with substance use disorders but also supports those with co-occurring mental health conditions. This may include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, medication management, and nursing education depending on client needs. Medications for addiction treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine and naltrexone, are available when appropriate.
12-Step and SMART Recovery options
Clients may take part in either 12-Step or SMART Recovery during treatment. Group sessions focus on practical recovery skills. Topics covered may include relapse prevention, boundaries, codependency, cognitive distortions, and goal setting.
