When clients first come to the center, trained healthcare staff work with them to create a care plan made to fit their specific needs. Intake involves detailed assessments of medical and treatment history, any co-occurring mental health conditions, and a physical exam. If a client does not have an OB/GYN, the care team can help them find one.
