Flexible treatment options

With the facility offering multiple levels of outpatient care, including PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient treatment and telehealth options, clients can continue managing life's responsibilities. Care may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-related counseling, relapse prevention, 12-Step facilitation, and case management. Continuing care is available to provide ongoing support after formal treatment. If a different level of care is needed, the facility's broader network offers detox, inpatient, and extended care options.

Day and evening scheduling

Flexible scheduling supports clients while they live at home and attend outpatient treatment during the day or evening. Sessions are available throughout the week. Intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment happens several times during the week and may help manage relapse risks, environmental challenges, emotional stress, and triggers. Telehealth options provide another way to take part in treatment from the comfort of home.

Continuing care and alumni support

Continuing care services are available to support clients and their families once the client has completed formal treatment. These services may be available for up to two years and can include a weekly support group led by a facilitator to help provide additional accountability and connection during recovery. Clients are also connected to the facility's alumni network.

Individual, group, and family support

Care can include meeting one-on-one with a licensed therapist while also taking part in group therapy. Family members and other close members of the client's support system may also participate in treatment with approval. Family programs may offer education about substance use and the recovery process, counseling to strengthen coping skills, and information on how loved ones can support the client in their recovery.
