- Treatment Quality & Outcomes: Reviews frequently describe life-changing experiences, with clients crediting the program for helping them achieve long-term sobriety and personal growth. Others suggest that program structure or group quality can vary, especially in virtual settings. "This place turned my life around"
- Facility & Environment: Clients often note clean spaces, good food, and a comfortable setting that supports recovery.
- Access & Process: Admissions and access to care receive mixed feedback, as some families describe smooth, supportive intake processes, while others report long waitlists, communication challenges, or difficulty reaching staff.
- Support & Community: Many clients describe a strong sense of community, peer support, and ongoing connection through alumni or staff relationships. Others note that group dynamics or peer behavior can occasionally make it harder to stay focused on recovery.
