Who is this facility a good fit for?

  • Best fit if: Adults seeking a highly personalized treatment experience in a small residential setting; individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions; people who value fitness, nutrition, yoga, and other wellness-focused recovery services; clients seeking a full continuum of care from detox through outpatient treatment; those interested in family involvement, aftercare planning, employment support, or pet-friendly treatment; individuals interested in optional Christian spiritual support alongside clinical care.

  • Not a fit if: Individuals seeking a large recovery community with many peers; people primarily looking for luxury accommodations; clients who want sober living housing through the same organization; individuals seeking a strictly secular environment with no faith-based options available; those looking for highly specialized treatment tracks.

What to expect

Developing your care plan

  • Admissions and assessment: The admissions process starts with insurance verification and a clinical pre-assessment to help ensure the program can safely and effectively meet a client's needs. Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation that may review substance use history, mental health concerns, previous treatment experiences, medical needs, and the most appropriate level of care. Depending on individual needs, treatment recommendations may include detox, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), standard outpatient care, or virtual services.

  • Personalized treatment planning: Treatment plans are developed specifically for each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Plans are created with doctors, therapists, and other treatment providers working with the client and are adjusted throughout treatment as needs change.

Who you will meet with

  • Clinical and support team: Clients may work with physicians, nurses, licensed therapists, admissions staff, support staff, fitness professionals, and personal trainers throughout treatment.
  • Therapists and therapy groups: Clients meet with therapists multiple times per week during individual and group sessions. Group therapy can take place in larger groups with most of the residential clients or in smaller groups. Smaller groups are intended to promote better discussion and interaction.

Typical schedule

  • Therapy and clinical programming: Programming varies throughout the week and is not the exact same schedule every day. Clients can take part in one-on-one therapy, group therapy, relapse prevention education, and treatment for their conditions. They should plan on meeting with therapists multiple times per week.

  • Fitness, wellness, and experiential activities: The program incorporates physical wellness into treatment through access to a state-of-the-art gym, scheduled exercise time, on-site personal trainers, yoga, and mindfulness practices. Additional activities may include adventure outings, hiking, art therapy, music therapy, and optional Christian spiritual support.

Living experiences and amenities

  • Residential setting and accommodations: Clients live in a small, home-like environment east of Nashville. It is intended to support their recovery and encourage connections. Accommodations include shared rooms with approximately two clients per room. Family visitation is available, and clients may bring pets during treatment.
  • Wellness-focused amenities: Amenities include a fitness center, personal trainers, outdoor lounge areas, walking and hiking trails, and common areas to gather in. Healthy nutrition plays a key role in treatment. Meals are made by a private chef with a focus on nutritional wellness.

Aftercare

  • Relapse prevention and continuing support: Relapse prevention planning is part of treatment. It is intended to help clients get ready for long-term recovery. Treatment teams collaborate with clients to identify their support needs. They also develop plans to ensure recovery continues after discharge.
  • Recovery and life reintegration support: The program helps with life after treatment. It offers professional re-entry services, employment counseling, and job placement assistance. Clients can access trusted third-party providers and aftercare resources. This additional support is available after discharge when needed.

Overall, the interaction felt supportive, informative, and low-pressure, with a genuine focus on helping individuals determine whether the program was the right fit for their needs.
