Outpatient opioid and alcohol treatment built around medications and counseling
Outpatient substance use treatment center with a strong emphasis on MAT, helping clients who need support managing opioid cravings or withdrawal symptoms while continuing to live at home rather than entering residential treatment. Counseling and behavioral therapies are used alongside medications to help clients address physical and behavioral aspects of substance use.
Flexible outpatient care designed around work, school, and family responsibilities
The facility offers an early intervention program, regular outpatient services, and an IOP to help clients find a program that best suits their needs and daily life. IOP clients attend a fixed schedule of both individual and group therapy with MAT available when clinically appropriate. Individual counseling provides an opportunity to work on substance use triggers, negative thought patterns, motivations, and behaviors. Group counseling is practical as well as social; clients share strategies for handling triggers and high-risk situations, practice listening and communication, and hold one another accountable.
Addiction, mental health, and primary care in one location
A primary care physician visits the facility once a week to monitor general health as clients progress through treatment. The physician can identify and monitor conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes, prescribe medications for general health needs, and refer clients to specialists when needed. Mental health care can address conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder, with or without co-occurring substance use. The facility also offers behavioral intervention for pain management, which can be beneficial for people whose substance use is related to reliance on medications on for pain.
