Flexible hybrid outpatient care

Care is provided on an outpatient basis virtually and in person. Typically, clients will undergo an in-person assessment used to guide an individualized care plan. Treatment may include medical care, counseling, and recovery support to help clients address various aspects of substance use. This may include medications for addiction treatment (MAT), individual and group therapy, addiction psychiatry, and care coordination. Clients receiving MAT may also take part in counseling and have access to support, accountability, and guidance while in treatment. Much of the facility's programs can be completed virtually, though clients seeking more in-person support may be able to meet with providers face-to-face more often.

Peer recovery coaching

Peer recovery coaching is another way clients can receive additional support during their treatment. A peer recovery coach may be paired with the client early in the treatment process. The peer coaches have lived recovery experience and are available to provide encouragement, guidance, and help clients navigate care. They may also support clients by connecting them with additional resources and providing a recovery-focused connection between clinical appointments.

Structured IOP support

The facility's IOP program may include individual counseling, group therapy, education, and chances for the client to practice recovery skills in typical situations that may happen during the day. Group sessions may take place several times per week and provide the opportunity for clients to connect with peers. Virtual groups may support a variety of shared interests and experiences, including veterans, health professionals, men, and women. Some groups may also incorporate approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) or music-based activities.

Ongoing recovery and family support

The Sustained Recovery Program may help clients recognize warning signs of relapse and develop strategies to navigate their recovery. Continued support may include assessments, recovery coaching, social support, goal setting, accountability, and connections with peers or recovery role models. Family members and friends may have the ability to take part in treatment through coordinated education and group support. This is intended to help them better understand addiction and help the client in their recovery.
