Comprehensive care and treatment options

Care may begin with a consultation with a physician to review the client's medical history and goals and help determine which services are most appropriate. Depending on the client's needs, care may include withdrawal management (detox) for alcohol or opioids, medications for addiction treatment (MAT), and medications that can help reduce cravings. These services may be available through the facility's broader organization. Clients have access to individual and group therapy, specialty therapies, and addiction psychiatry to support behavioral and mental health concerns that may accompany substance use.

Flexible hybrid outpatient care

The facility's hybrid model includes in-person appointments with virtual options, which may help clients maintain their daily responsibilities while taking part in structured addiction treatment. Some flexibility may be available in how often clients meet face to face with their care team.

Peer recovery coaching

Clients have access to peer recovery coaches who can provide support outside of clinical appointments. A peer recovery coach with lived recovery experience may be assigned early in treatment and can help clients navigate care, connect with outside resources, and receive encouragement during recovery.

Continuing recovery and family support

The Sustained Recovery Program may help clients identify early relapse warning signs and develop prevention strategies for recovery challenges that may arise. The program may also help clients stay connected through assessments, coaching, social support, and peer-based services. Friends and loved ones may also take part in educational and group-based programs designed to help them better understand addiction, receive support, and learn how they can support the client in recovery.
