Outpatient substance use treatment for adults struggling with opioid use disorder. The federally certified opioid treatment program offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT), individual counseling, groups, and relapse prevention. A doctor and a certified addiction specialist oversee the medical staff, and clients have a choice of which counselor to meet with whenever possible. Counseling sessions are available both in person or via telehealth. Transportation assistance is offered to increase access to treatment. Case managers are on staff to help clients navigate housing and employment needs.

What to expect

Developing your care plan

  • Intake: Clients meet with a medical provider to determine whether MAT is appropriate for their needs.

Aftercare

  • Continuing care: This can include outcome follow-up, naloxone and overdose education, and self-help groups.
  • Treatment connections: When needed, staff can connect clients to withdrawal management (detox), residential facilities, and other local care centers.
