Whole-person care for addiction and mental health

The facility has a fully integrated model where substance use treatment, mental health services, psychiatric care, medication management, and primary medical care are all coordinated and approached as a whole. In-depth assessments are done to screen for medical and behavioral health needs. After these assessments, clients are provided a care plan that addresses co-occurring conditions in addition to addiction recovery.

Flexible treatment across multiple levels of care

In addition to being able to step-down in a full continuum of care from detox, to residential, PHP, IOP, and standard outpatient care, the facility also offers medications for addiction treatment (MAT), psychiatric stabilization, and outpatient medication services. This allows individuals to adjust treatment intensity smoothly as they navigate their recovery journey.

Recovery support beyond treatment

Clients have access to practical recovery support such as HIV-related services, domestic violence services, court-related support, and outreach programs when determined appropriate. Other services offered by the facility that support long-term recovery include case management, transitional and supportive housing, transportation assistance, employment counseling, social service assistance, and discharge planning.

Specialized treatment programs

Specialized programming is available for a multitude of populations. In addition to veterans, active-duty military members and their families, pregnant and postpartum women, and people with chronic pain, young adults, older adults, people with co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma histories, and people with HIV/AIDS, are also supported with specific tracks. Care can include trauma-related counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relapse prevention, family counseling, group counseling, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT). Services are matched to clinical needs.

Aftercare and continued support

As part of a larger network the facility focuses on community-based care. After completing treatment, clients are supported through aftercare planning, outcome follow-up, self-help groups, mentoring and peer support, transitional housing resources, and telehealth options.

Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities

CARF reviews rehab programs to make sure they provide respectful, effective, and personalized care. For addiction treatment, CARF uses standards developed with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), so this accreditation shows the program follows trusted, evidence-based guidelines for treating substance use.

SAMHSA-certified Opioid Treatment Program
