Short-term crisis stabilization, withdrawal management (detox), and residential substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment for adults. Withdrawal management is medically supervised, and medications for addiction treatment (MAT) can be prescribed as needed to ease symptoms and cravings. Once clients are stable, they can move into gender-specific residential care. The program involves cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed counseling, and 12-step work. Before discharge, case management can set clients up with recovery coaching and assist with housing and social services. This facility accepts Medicaid and state-funded insurance. Payment assistance and a sliding fee scale may be available.

A Connected Start for Crisis and Detox

Valley Treatment Center is built for people who need help at the front end of recovery, when safety, stability, and clear next steps matter most. Its crisis services and Crisis Residential Unit support people during substance use crises with short-term stabilization in a community-based setting. From there, clients can begin withdrawal management (detox) under medical supervision, which helps create a more supported transition into residential treatment.

Medically Monitored Withdrawal with 24/7 Support

Withdrawal management at Valley is designed to help clients safely move through the physical and mental strain of early recovery. The program is overseen by a physician, and clients are monitored around the clock while medications for addiction treatment (MAT) may be used to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings when appropriate. This stage usually lasts three to seven days, though care is adjusted to the individual. Group support begins early, giving clients a chance to build coping skills and start connecting with others while beginning to stabilize.

Gender-Specific Residential Care

Once clients are medically stable, they can step into residential treatment programs designed specifically for men or women. The men’s ACT Unit focuses on helping clients look honestly at how substance use has affected their lives, relationships, and behavior, with attention to triggers, anger management, and practicing healthier responses. New Beginnings offers women a dedicated residential setting of their own. Across both programs, Valley emphasizes a community-based environment where counseling and group therapy support healing across physical, mental, social, and spiritual areas of life.

Aftercare Planning and Case Management

Valley begins planning for life after residential care early, with case management and connections to community resources that can support longer-term recovery. This matters for clients who need more than short-term stabilization and want a program that helps them move from crisis into a more sustainable next phase. The facility links crisis care, medical withdrawal management, and gender-specific residential treatment in one setting rather than treating them as separate, disconnected steps.
