Luxury detox (withdrawal management) and residential substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment set across two modern, suburban homes. Each house admits a maximum of six clients, allowing for highly individualized attention. Clients meet one-on-one with a licensed primary therapist multiple times per week and have a choice between recovery paths including 12-step, SMART Recovery, faith-based Celebrate Recovery, and Buddhism-oriented Refuge Recovery. Activities, such as music, martial arts, and group outings, can be adapted to fit personal interests. Pets may accompany clients to treatment on a case-by-case basis.

What to expect
Developing your care plan
- Comprehensive assessment: Treatment begins with a psychiatric, medical, and substance use assessment.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: A therapist, psychiatrist, case manager, and clinical staff work with the client to create a personalized care plan.
- Weekly clinical team meetings: The team meets every week to review each client’s progress or setbacks, adjust treatment as needed, and introduce new challenges based on progress.
Who you will meet with
- Primary therapist: Meet with clients multiple times each week for one-on-one sessions using evidence-based methods.
- Case manager: Helps clients navigate aftercare planning, employment, disability, FMLA coordination, and connections to outside resources.
- Group facilitators: Lead daily therapy groups.
- Holistic providers: Depending on their preferences, clients may meet with a yoga instructor, martial arts instructor, and creative therapy leaders.
- Medical staff: Monitor client health and lead medical withdrawal management.
Typical schedule
- Daily programming: Clients participate in three core group therapy sessions daily, individual therapy throughout the week, psychiatric visits, and wellness sessions.
- Evenings: Clients attend off-site or on-site recovery meetings, such as AA, NA, SMART, Celebrate Recovery, or Refuge Recovery, depending on their preference.
- Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays include two lighter, experiential group sessions per day, as well as off-site recreational activities.
Living experiences and amenities
- Private home-like environment: Clients reside in modern homes with only five other people at maximum and share a room with one other person.
- Fitness and recreation: Amenities and activities include an outdoor lounge with a fire pit, a basketball court, an on-site gym, art and music spaces, and games.
- Meals and snacks: Clients have a continental breakfast and are served chef-prepared meals for lunch and dinner, which can be adapted to accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Pet-friendly policy: Depending on individual circumstances, clients may be able to bring their dogs with them to treatment.
Aftercare
- Personalized planning: Aftercare planning begins during treatment and can include continued therapy, recovery meetings, medication and mental health follow-up, and case management assistance.
- Ongoing connection: Clients can stay in touch with alumni and receive support with relapse prevention strategies adapted to real-life environments.
